Our property is located in a splendid panoramic position in Vercana, overlooking Lake Como. Here you can enjoy tranquility, nature, and a breathtaking view, far away from traffic and noise.
🚗 ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: Precisely because of our exclusive location immersed in nature, a car is essential. The Residence is not served by public transport (direct buses or trains). Having your own vehicle is the only way to enjoy the freedom of exploring Lake Como and to reach us comfortably.
🛣️ By Car (The Recommended Choice)
Arriving by car is simple and allows you to move around without a care:
- From the SS36 highway: Take the Colico exit and continue toward Domaso.
- From Domaso: Follow the signs for Vercana. In just 5 minutes of a scenic uphill drive, you will arrive at our doorstep!

🅿️ Parking: For all our apartments, we offer a large, free private parking lot inside the property. Your car will be safe and always at your disposal!
✈️ From the Airports (Milan)
If you are arriving by plane, we highly recommend renting a car directly at the airport to reach the Residence comfortably.
Approximate travel times:
- Milan Malpensa (MXP): 1 hour and 45 minutes
- Milan Linate (LIN): 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY): 1 hour and 20 minutes
🚆 By Train
The nearest railway station is Colico, on the Milan–Tirano line.
⚠️ Please note: There are no buses from the station that reach the Residence. You will necessarily need to take a taxi (about 20 minutes) or have previously rented a car.
We discourage arriving by train if you do not have a private means of transportation for your daily trips.
